Description
Indian Kebab Masala blends together Indian herbs and spices to give a mixture that is perfect for your homemade Kebabs.
You can mix with minced meat or poultry for shami, seekh and kofta kebabs. Make in to a paste with a little oil to marinate meat, chicken, prawns, paneer or vegetables for perfect shashlik kebabs.
Wanting something a little different for your next BBQ? ‘Ome Made Indian Kebab Masala is great for making chicken or lamb kebabs. Or rub in to a piece of flank steak and serve with some chimichurri sauce. You could even mix some in to a burger mix for something completely different.
If you want to try some British/Indian fusion food you can use this masala to flavour lamb mince for a Shepherds Pie or Beef Mince for cottage pie. Try using Indian Kebab Masala to spice up a boring Sunday roast by sprinkling over a whole chicken for instance.
This Masala can be mixed with other ‘Ome Made Masalas to mix up the flavours. A mixture of the Kebab Masala and Kashmiri Masala is a great combination!
