Description

Misty Ricardo’s Curry Kitchen Mix Powder is a blend of special spices for you to use in many of the recipes in the books by Richard Sayce. Recreate your favourite British Indian Restaurant dishes in the comfort of your own home.

Developed to Richards own specifications. This mix powder takes the spices used in his unique Madras Curry Powder and combines them with other spices for a mix powder that gives a great base layer of flavour to build your BIR style curries on.

And although there are recipes for mix powder in the MRCK Books, this is great for people that haven’t got the time or don’t want to be buying large amounts of spices to go stale.

Packed in a handy resealable pouch to keep your mix powder in optimum condition.

Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans.

Allergy Advice; contains mustard. May contain traces of nuts/peanuts, sesame, gluten, celery, lupin & soya

Q & A

I have the first book. Would this product be the same mix powder you recommend to use for each curry? Dave Cooper asked on 22nd October 2023

Hi Dave.

This can be used in any of the recipes that require mix powder. It is better quality as it uses freshly milled spices and has a lower salt content than a lot of the bigger commercial brands. I hope that answers your question.
