Pav Bhaji Curry Masala is a blend of Indian spices. It’s ideal for making the Indian street food, Pav Bhaji. A thick vegetable curry served with an enriched bread roll.
The combination of spices & herbs in ‘Ome Made Pav Bhaji Masala is great for using in a wide range of Indian dishes. It is however, especially suited for vegetable dishes with it’s deep earthy and spicy flavours.
Great used in potato dishes, such as Pav Bhaji or with pulses. Try using Pav Bhaji Masala in your favourite Tarka Dall recipe.
Suitable for a wide range of dishes including;
- Tava Pulav – Cooked rice tossed with vegetables.
- Chatakedar Paneer – Indian cheese cooked in Pav Bhaji Masala
- Paneer Bhurji – Grated paneer fried with onions, chillies and tomato.
- Masala Dosa – vegetables cooked with pav bhaji masala spread on and Indian style pancake or Dosa.
