Moroccan Seasoning – Warming spices such as cumin, paprika and coriander combined to give a seasoning that is perfect for roasted or barbecued lamb and chicken.
It can also be used to flavour prawns or fish or sprinkle over vegetables before grilling or roasting.
‘Ome Made Moroccan Seasoning also makes a great seasoning for rice, couscous, and roasted potatoes!
And of course, you could use it to flavour a traditional Tagine.
One of our favourite ways to use this spice is to rub it into a shoulder of lamb with a little oil, salt and lemon juice, and slow roast in the oven or BBQ until meltingly tender. Piled onto a Mediterranean flatbread with salad, chilli sauce and yoghurt and mint sauce it’s a taste sensation!
