Description
Kashmiri Masala is a blend of Indian spices. It includes Kashmiri Chilli powder which is used in Indian cooking to give a deep red colour to food. It also has sweet paprika included which accentuates the red tones even more. Ideal for curries such as Rogan Josh which is usually deep red in colour.
simply use by itself or add to another curry masala such as B.I.R Curry Masala. When making your favourite curry dishes simply fry with onion, garlic and ginger. Watch as they take on a lovely red colour from the Kashmiri Chilli and sweet paprika.
This masala can also be fried in a little oil to make your own Kashmiri Curry Paste which is great for marinating ingredients or using in Tandoori & Tikka recipes, just like a well known branded paste! Unlike jars of paste you can just make up what you need so you don’t have to worry about having an opened jar taking up space in the fridge.
