Simply mix with sliced onion, egg, and a splash of water then deep fry for awesome, crispy onion bhajis. What could be easier?

Made in small batches and sealed for freshness, each packet of mix will make 8 – 10 bhajis with the 140g size or 18 – 22 with the 300g size

How much onion per Bhaji blend mixture thanks kathleen jocham asked on 26th May 2024

For the 140g small Bhaji Blend pouch you use around 3 medium large onions obviously for the larger 300g pouch you would double that.
