Best fried in a little oil, butter or ghee briefly before stirring in to uncooked rice. Add water and cook by absorption method. Alternatively if you like to boil your rice then drain it, you can briefly fry the Pilau Rice Seasoning and then stir it through cooked rice before serving for perfect Indian Rice Flavouring.
Pilau Rice Seasoning can be used to flavour other side dishes too. Try adding to Cous Cous or Bulgur wheat for an Indian inspired twist.
