Fire Masala Spicy Seasoning is an alternative to Garam Masala.
Made with roasted chillies and spices the masala can be added at the end of cooking to add an extra layer of heat and spice.
Fire Masala uses Long Peppers, a type of pepper that has a great depth of flavour, warming and slightly fruity.
The masala can be used on any food though if you like your food a little spicy. Try sprinkling on your chips or add a pinch on top of your pizza. In fact this is almost like an Indian version of pizza pepper!
The Fire Masala flavour profile is heat from the chillies, pepper and warming spices such as cumin. If you’re not keen on the ‘floral’ aroma you sometimes get from some Garam Masalas then you’ll be fine with this one.
