Salt Pepper Garlic Seasoning from ‘Ome Made takes the holy trinity of salt, pepper & garlic and blends them together in our own unique way.
Finest grade sea salt & Himalayan Pink rock salt are coarsely ground with black pepper and garlic, along with a tiny amount of coriander to give our blend a unique rounded flavour.
A great seasoning for when you just want simple flavours. Use S.P.G to season steaks for grilling or use on a Boston Butt or piece of Brisket for a low & slow.
Sometimes you just want the flavours of a prime cut of meat to sing through and that’s when this blend comes into it’s own.
Other times you may want to pile the flavour on! Then you can combine our S.P.G Seasoning with other herbs, spices, ingredients or even other rubs!
And don’t panic if you’re vegetarian or Vegan then Salt Pepper Garlic Seasoning can be used on vegetable kebabs, roasted vegetables, corn on the cob or anything really! It’s also great for some lovely, garlicky seasoned roast potatoes!
