Chilli Seasoning takes New Mexico Red chillies for their mild, earthy, savoury flavour and colour. Combines them with Mulato, Pablano and Ancho chillies to give a nice, rounded chilli flavoured base. There’s a small amount of Habanero in there too for a little fruity background heat.
These ground chillies are added to cumin, oregano and other herbs and spices. This gives a mix of ingredients that is excellent for adding depth of flavour to any Chilli related dish. Just add your own regular chilli powder, hot sauce or fresh chilies to up the heat to your desired level.
This is also nice dusted on to chicken wings or other poultry or meat before grilling or barbecuing.
It would also be a good addition to re-fried beans or even a spicy bean burger.
