Description
Christmas Curry Masala – Curry made with leftover turkey or vegetables is almost as ubiquitous as Christmas pudding and mince pies during the festive period.
I think some people look forward to The Last Of The Christmas Leftovers Curry more than their actual Christmas dinner!
This Masala has been made to capture those flavours and aromas of Christmas. Along with coriander, turmeric and cumin, you will find aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cloves and ginger to give a lovely warming flavour to your curry and fill the house with aromas of Christmas, albeit a slightly Indian one
Don’t worry if you don’t have any leftovers though! This Christmas Masala can be used to make a curry from scratch using fresh ingredients. In fact, you may end up using it all year round!
If you want a great recipe to follow, Richard Sayce (Misty Ricardo’s Curry Kitchen) has a wonderful recipe to make the most of those leftovers. You can find his recipe on Misty Ricardo’s Curry Kitchen.

And if you do make Richards curry or use your own recipe, why not post some photos on our favourite Facebook curry group The Curry Secret. We would love to see them!
