I’ve used this Peruvian Spice Rub on a piece of Pork Butt (or shoulder or crop) and slow cooked in a kettle BBQ. With a spritz of lime and tequila it really is a tasty combination!
Use roughly 3 teaspoons of rub per 1kg of main ingredient and rub in well before cooking.
Use Spirit Of The Jaguar to enhance a Chilli Con Carne or vegetable chilli. Add a warming touch to roasted potatoes by sprinkling some over before cooking.
It can even liven up a boring roast chicken. Just mix some of this Peruvian Spice Rub with a little oil and rub all over the chicken before cooking in the oven or BBQ.
