Chinese Seasoning
Based on Chinese five spice, ‘Ome Made Chinese Rub-a-Dub-Rub takes those spices and combines them with salt and other ingredients to give an all in one seasoning that is perfect for rubbing in to meats or poultry before grilling or barbecuing. Great rubbed in to pork or duck before roasting or use to season stir fry dishes.
Try rubbing Chinese Rub-a-Dub-Rub in to ribs with salt and pepper, slow cooking and then tossing with fried garlic, ginger, onions and chillies for salt & pepper ribs. Or rub in to a piece of belly pork before slow roasting, shredding and mix with hoi sin sauce and soy sauce and serving in pancakes with shredded spring onion and cucumber for an alternative to crispy duck.
