Misty’s Mixed Whole Spice is a section of spices that quite often crop up in Indian Recipes.
Not always easy to source and not necessarily spices that you want to buy in large quantities to sit in a cupboard going stale. This combination of spices is ideal and convenient for cooking Indian dishes and curries at home.
Misty’s Mixed Whole Spice includes the following spices; cassia bark/cinnamon, star anise, tej patta (3 veined Indian bay leaf), dried red Kashmiri chilli, green cardamom, black cardamom & cloves
The spices are packed and sealed in a resealable pouch which is ideal for keeping the spices in optimum condition.

Haven’t used the mixed whole spice yet but no doubt it will be as good as the others I have used.
