Southern Fried Chicken Seasoning ‘The Chicken Went Down To Georgia’ is a seasoning based on the flavours of Southern America. A secret blend of herbs & spices which can be rubbed straight in to poultry, meat, prawns or vegetables or alternatively add the seasoning to flour (or gluten free alternative) to coat buttermilk drenched chicken pieces for great tasting Southern Fried or Baked Chicken.
This Southern Fried Chicken Seasoning can be used with tofu, TVP or even cauliflower or other vegetables for a Vegetarian or Vegan alternative to SFC.
