Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the combined weight of your order (items & packaging) and include cost of postage and packaging.

The following are sent in large letter packaging, which can handily be posted through your letterbox;

1 single spice pouch up to 60g £1.99 1st class Royal Mail

2 – 3 60g Spice pouches £3.55 1st class Royal Mail

2 x 100g or 125g pouches £4.25 1st Class Royal Mail

4 – 5 60g, 100g or 125g Spice pouches £3.95 – £4.50 1st class Royal Mail

2 x 250g spice pouches £4.50 1st Class Royal Mail

Items sent as small package with a combined weight (including packaging of no more than 2kg) and a value of no more that £20 – £3.95 – £4.50 1st Class Royal Mail

Items with a value of more than £20 up to a maximum combined weight of 2kg –  £4.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24

Mixed items with a combined weight (including packaging) of over 2kg to 9.9kg – £7.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48

Orders 10kg  to 20kg £11 – £20 depending on value of the order. For any orders over 10kg we reccomend getting in touch with us so we can advise.

No orders will be processed over 20kg. For large orders please get in touch through our contact page.

Delivery is to UK mainland only. Deliveries to Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands may incur extra charges.

Delivery

Please check that your shipping address is correct on your confirmation email. We can’t provide refunds or replacements for orders sent to a wrongly given address.

Your order delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail tracked 24/48. We aim to have your order delivered within seven days of being placed. If for any reason your order is going to be delayed (i.e. out of stock item) we will email you to let you know of an estimated dispatch date.

Spices, rubs and seasonings can be backordered (you will be advised when purchasing). Any orders which include backordered items may take up to 2 weeks (but usually quicker) to be delivered as they will have to be made, packaged and labelled. In some cases we may be waiting for delivery of ingredients ourselves. If you need something on backorder quickly, please email us and we will advise accordingly.

If you are in or near the Sheffield area you can opt to ‘pick up’ your order which will incur no delivery charge. If you take this option we will email you to let you know when your order will be ready to pick up.

Payments

All payments are made through PayPal express or Woo Commerce secure checkout at the time of purchase.

  1. I am in Hertfordshire- trying to order 14 items and delivery is £100!!!! Surely an error?

      Yes, certainly an error! unless everything your trying to order is in jars and bottles but even then.

      I’ve just disabled two settings I had altered which are the only things I think that could have triggered it, if you want to try again.
