Salt & pepper are combined with Jalapeno chilli, Ancho chilli and Guajillo chilli. South American chillies that are favoured for their deep earthy & fruity flavours, as opposed to heat.
Paprika, garlic & onion gives depth to the seasoning, along with some subtle herbs.
Perfect for seasoning beef, this will give a lovely flavour to slow cooked brisket or grilled steaks such as picanha or bavette. Or try on a whole piece of flank before searing over blisteringly hot coals.
