This is Hot! Searing, blistering heat! Seriously if you don’t like hot, spicy food then this product is not for you!
Having said that a quarter of a teaspoon in a curry is wonderful. And a little sprinkled over kebabs or chicken tikka is great. It even adds some serious heat to cheese on toast.
If you’re really brave you could have it as part of a pickle tray. Just remember a little bit goes a long way.
Made the traditional Indian way by salting the chillies, tempering spices in oil and then combining all together. This gives a chilli pickle that is spicy but also has flavours from other spices.
Seriously though… It’s hot. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
