Moroccan Rub is a blend of earthy herbs and spices. Cumin, paprika, garlic, lemon & chilli amongst others. This seasoning is great rubbed into a shoulder of lamb before being slow roasted. You can then serve
on a flat bread smothered in ‘Ome Made Chilli Sauce one of our favourites!
Moroccan Rub-a-Dub-Rub is great used as a seasoning for rice, cous cous or bulgur wheat. Lovely sprinkled over vegetables before cooking. Great on barbecued or grilled chicken, try on kebabs or in lamb koftas.
