‘Ome Made Caribbean Jerk seasoning is great for rubbing in to poultry, pork or vegetables before grilling, frying or roasting. It can be used to marinate meat before cooking a Caribbean style curry. It also makes an excellent seasoning for Southern Fried or baked chicken, simply add to some flour to coat your chicken portions with.
