Hot chilli jam made with Scotch Bonnet chillies. Hot, sweet and great with anything!
Can also be used as a glaze. Just brush a little on some chicken or fish near to the end of cooking and flash under a grill.
Great drizzled over pizza, cheese on toast or any dish that you want to give a little bit of heat to.
A must for the BBQ season it goes great with burgers, sausages or drizzled over grilled sweetcorn.
