A traditional style chutney with a slight Anglo-Indian twist. Tangy apples & onions slowly cooked with Indian spices to give a very slight curried flavour. Subtle enough to go with cheese such as a nice Cheddar or crumbly Wensleydale. Is an absolute winner with Pork, especially sausages! Or you could make it part of your regular pickle tray with a poppadum!
