'Ome Made Pilau Rice Seasoning 60g
A combination of aromatic whole, roasted spices,
ground spices, herbs & salt for adding to rice or
other grains for a fragrant side dish. Simply add
1 teaspoon per 3oz/85g of Basmati rice, add 290ml
of water bring to the simmer, cover, turn down
and cook for aproximately 10 minutes. Leave for
another 10 minutes with the lid on before serving.
For a richer flavour fry in a little ghee or butter first.
Ingredients: Sea salt, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ground spices,
dried rose petals, dried marigold petals, dried mint.
May contain traces of nuts/peanuts.
